Lead the technical assistance team for the development and production of Boeing 717 commercial program.

Coordinated supplier management activities by developing and implementing new process for improving the supplier's capability, capacity, and performance.

Implemented lean enterprise and practices, which resulted in $150 thousand cost reduction per ship-set of products delivered to the Boeing Company.

Developed systems, processes, and controls that are aligned with Boeing best practices, which resulted in the nomination of Korean Air Lines "Supplier of the Year" on December of 2000.

Lead a team of quality engineers to support quality discrepancies investigations for all McDonnell Douglas Commercial aircrafts (MD-11, KC/DC10, MD80, DC-8, A4, etc.)

Investigated and analyzed in-service aircraft quality related problems to prevent and resolve production, engineering, and procurement quality issues.

Developed, administered, and evaluated technical training programs for McDonnell Douglas commercial Quality Assurance organization.
